A full-scale Flutter application built from scratch to manage warehouse operations such as inbound, putaway, stock monitoring, and picking. Powered by iDempiere REST APIs.

Designed and developed the entire app UI/UX and state management structure.
Integrated complex WMS workflows including inbound, putaway, stock monitoring, and picking.
Implemented locator management, movement handling, and item validation.
Optimized API calls and improved loading performance for warehouse operators.
